Aggression forces commit 140 violations of armistice in past 24 hours

SANA'A, 30 Sep. 2022 (Saba) - The aggression forces and their mercenaries committed 140 violations of the humanitarian and military truce in the past 24 hours, a military official said on Friday.

A military official told SABA that violations of the aggression consisted of 28 violations by armed and spy reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Sa'ada, Al-Dalea', Hodeida provinces and border fronts.

The official indicated that two violations of armed reconnaissance aircraft airstrikes were observed at army positions in north-east Hays in Hodeida governorate.

The source confirmed that 84 violations were observed with shootings at citizens' homes and army positions in the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'ada, Dhalea', Hodeida and border fronts.

The source pointed out that 26 violations of mercenary artillery shelling were recorded in the governorates of Marib, Hajjah, Sa'ada and Hodeida and border beyond fronts, intense artillery shelling targeted army positions in al-Balaq al-Sharqi and Raghwan in Marib governorate.

Artillery shelling also targeted army positions in Bani Hassan, Haradh and Hairan in Hajjah governorate, towards the stationers sites in al-Malahedh, al-Madafen and Razeh in Sa'ada governorate.

According to the source, intense artillery shelling targeted army positions in Hays, Hodeida governorate, and towards heroes' positions in Maqbana in Taiz governorate as well as towards army positions in Barukiyah, al-Matan in Jizan and in Maimanat al-Beqaa' in Najran.

The number of violations of the aggression forces since the beginning of the humanitarian and military truce has reached 34 thousand and 441 violations; The largest share in Hodeidah governorate is 14 thousand and 454 violations. The rest of the violations were spread across the governorates.
