SANA'A, Sep. 22 (Saba) - Deputy Minister of Water and Environment Honien Al-Dreeb on Thursday discussed in Sana'a areas of cooperation with UNICEF to support water and sanitation projects.
At the meeting, Al-Dreeb stressed the importance of the UNICEF's continual support to local water and sanitation institutions with diesel to operate wells, thus contributing to the delivery of clean and safe water services to beneficiaries.
The meeting also touched on aspects related to the implementation of solar energy projects in the provinces of Taiz, Ibb and others to help institutions safely withdraw from fuel subsidies.
