MARIB, Aug. 20 (Saba) - Rockslides due to heavy rains have caused the closure of the main al-Dheeq road linking the district of Badbada in Marib, Sana'a province.
Heavy rains in the Badbada district caused large rocks on the main road and led to a halt in traffic and deprived citizens of entry into or exit from the district, a local official said.
Badbada sons appealed to the competent authorities to move urgently to open the road and remove the accumulated rocks and to provide incision equipment that would help open the main and only artery of the directorate's sons and repair the damage to the roads.
