SANA'A, Aug. 08 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Eng. Hisham Sharaf Abdullah sent Monday a congratulatory cable to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan.
In the message, Hisham Sharaf congratulated Balakrishnan on the occasion of his country's National Day.
