SANA'A, July 07 (Saba) - The revolution leader, Mr. Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, confirmed that Jawf province is prepared to be in the first row at the level of the country's preparatory contribution.
During his meeting, Wednesday, the Leader of the Revolution stated that the governorate was deprived of the role it could play at the national level because it was important, qualified and, rightful to be in the first grade and the preparatory, civilizational and agricultural contribution and economic renaissance and comprehensive renaissance in all areas.
"On this day, we are talking to you about the affairs of this governorate and its dear people, Jawf governorate, which is one of the most important governorates of Yemen and, its sons from generous and dear Yemen, a governorate that has been grievous and disadvantaged for decades and dealt with by the previous regime in accordance with foreign policies that prompted the deprivation of its people."
The former regime was more concerned than anything with the personal and partisan gains of certain persons or entities at the top of the pyramid of power, while Yemen suffered from deprivation, underdevelopment, and, vulnerability compared to possible opportunities and national wealth, which, if worked faithfully and responsibly, would have changed the country's realities and circumstances.
However, "policies were based on deprivation and lack of proper investment of national wealth to serve the people. This issue varied from governorate to governorate. Jawf was one of the most disadvantaged, suffering, and neglected governorates at the level of infrastructure and services, and from more than one governorate, was aggrieved than other governorates."
Jawf is one of the most suffering governorates and the former regime has not taken care of the tendency to build this governorate and its people with its abilities, which, if there were serious work or proper movement, would have changed the reality of the governorate and made it a contribution to the renaissance of the homeland."
According to the leader of the Revolution, the governorate of Jawf has suffered from considerable deprivation of education more than other governorates, and for decades the previous regime has not cared for the governorates' sons in scientific and urban renaissance, urbanization, development, prosperity, strength, etc.
"At the level of tribal and security problems among the people of this province, the policy of the former regime was to sow discord and to ensure that problems persist among the tribes of the province, and sometimes even to support these problems in a covert manner so as to persist and drain the people of the province of war, conflict, conflict, insecurity, and stability," he said.
"When the aggression came, it was focused on the province of its occupation and direct control, and it sought to achieve this goal by seeking to attract from within the province fighters for some money and rarefaction its people to be dispersed which makes it easier for him to occupy by relying on traitors and mercenaries who stood with him against their homeland with temptations, the exploitation of difficult and harsh conditions and living suffering, or under the heading of takfiri targeting, which seeks to incite countrymen against each other through misinformation, atonement, propaganda and sectarian incitement ".
The Leader of the Revolution pointed out that everyone is interested in continuing the journey and moving with all seriousness because the enemies’ goals are to occupy the homeland and its provinces and control it. He said, “When they place a governor in any province, as they previously worked in Jawf, a governor was appointed, along with a Saudi officer and a group of officers from The Saudi intelligence, so that the governor is a front only, but the order, the decision, the security, the control, and the policies are for the outside, the Saudis and the Emiratis, who are subject to the Americans and the Israelis, and its implementation is the agenda of the Zionist enemy.”
He said, "The enemies know about Jawf Governorate, that it is rich in oil, and they are concerned about looting its oil and wealth, obstructing and preventing its agricultural renaissance, and trying to keep the people of the governorate in conflicts and problems under the types of titles, names and problems that are fabricated here and there and employ problems to achieve that goal."
He explained that the Yemeni people stood to confront the aggression and the free people of the Jawf governorate stood with their people and their homeland loyal, so the occupation was defeated from this governorate, as a result of the honorable position and loyalty of its people.
He stressed the need to move in both directions, in accordance with the slogan launched by Martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad, "A hand that protects... a hand that builds" by building military and security capabilities and strengthening the factors of steadfastness in each of the governorates, foremost of which is Jawf.
He stressed the need to pay attention to the security aspect in joining security, recruiting within its framework, and cooperating with security, because security and stability will not be achieved for this governorate, except with the cooperation of its free and loyal sons and tribes... explaining that the enemy is most focused on targeting the governorate for security by provoking strife and problems among its people.
The Leader of the Revolution called on the people of the province to cooperate with the security services to put an end to the criminal practices by the gangs that target travelers and the commercial movement of goods. He pointed out that the enemy is targeting Jawf and its people through the spread of drugs as it works in Sa'ada and other provinces, making it a hotbed for smuggling and trafficking of drugs and cannabis.
And he indicated that Jawf is one of the most important governorates prepared for the agricultural renaissance, which would change the reality of the governorate and its people from misery and deprivation to ease and abundance, which calls for the cooperation of the people of the governorate and the concerned authorities in the state, in the forefront of which is the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee, starting with the formation of agricultural associations from the people of the governorate.
He urged to go to revive the land and agriculture, and in the foreground is wheat cultivation, indicating that Jawf is one of the best governorates for wheat cultivation due to the availability of suitable conditions for agriculture, such as fertile and vast lands and groundwater, in addition to the availability of all the main ingredients for agriculture under official supervision, from the state and the Agricultural Committee in partnership with the private sector. In the development of agriculture, modern irrigation, quality in agricultural production, and cost reduction.
He added, "One of the important things for Jawf Governorate is to take care of the education that was previously denied it. It is necessary to pay attention to education in the various disciplines and fields of religious sciences by joining the Higher Academy of the Holy Qur'an and learning agricultural and medical sciences, among others."
Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi stressed the need to ensure unity of ranks and cooperation among the people of the province, to strengthen brotherhood, put an end to the problems of revenge among them, and to fulfill the peace that was announced after the liberation of the province’s directorates and regions from the occupation, adhere to its terms, and beware of the enemy’s methods of provoking strife among the people of the province.
He stressed that officials in the governorate in all positions of responsibility should be alongside the people of Jawf, close to them, present, and interested in performing their duties towards the governorate and its people, and beware of long absence, breach of their responsibility, and distance from people.
He stressed the need to make efforts to serve the governorate and take care of its people in all areas to restore the governorate, as it should be present at the fore and list its renaissance role and contribute in all areas in proportion to the status, morals, values, and capabilities of the people of the governorate.
