SANA'A, July 04 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to Cape Verdean Minister of Foreign Affairs Rui Alberto De Figueiredo Soares.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Soares on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
