SANA'A, July 02 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Vladimir Makei, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Makei on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
