SANA'A, June 26 (Saba) - The Parliament approved on Sunday a draft amendment to some articles of Law No. (26) of 2013 regarding judicial fees and its amendments in light of the report of the joint committee of the Justice and Endowments Committees.
The Parliament's approval of the draft amendment came after discussing it article by article, and voting on it in its final form, in the presence of the government side, represented by Minister of Justice Judge Nabil Al-Azani and Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Dr. Ali Abu Holiqa.
