SANA'A, June 26 (Saba) - Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' sent on Sunday a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the National Assembly of Djibouti Mohamed Ali Hamid.
In the cable, al-Rai' expressed his congratulations to Hamid on the occasion of his country's National Day.
