IBB, May. 28 (Saba) - The Governor of Ibb, Abdul Wahed Salah, discussed with the Environment Officer at the United Nations Office for Project Services, Engineer Muhammad Al-Eryani, the implementation of a project to rehabilitate the waste dump and provide its needs for the necessary equipment.
The implementation of the project is among the projects to be implemented in a number of service sectors in province, including cleaning work.
In the meeting, the governor of Ibb praised the interventions of "UNEP" and its support for service projects in the province, expressing hope that these interventions would contribute to alleviating the suffering of citizens under the conditions of the current stage that the country is going through.
He touched on the governorate's needs in the service and development sectors, pointing out the need for the organization to start implementing a project to rehabilitate the dump to protect society from diseases and epidemics.
The meeting was attended by the director of the Hygiene and Improvement Fund in province, Bilal Al-Dar.
