SANA'A, Apr. 16 (Saba) - The General People's Congress strongly condemned on Saturday the storming of al-Aqsa Mosque and the attack on worshipers by the Zionist occupation forces, which resulted in the injury and arrest of hundreds of Palestinians.
In a statement, the GPC considered the desecration of the sanctity of al-Aqsa Mosque by the Zionist occupation forces came amid in the continuation of the violations practiced by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people and an attempt to Judaize al-Aqsa Mosque.
It pointed out that it is shameful for the Zionist occupation forces to continue their violations against the Palestinians at a time when some Arab regimes continue the normalization procedures with the Zionist enemy, secretly and publicly.
The GPC called on the various Arab political parties and forces to condemn the Zionist violations and stand against them and expose them in various international forums.
The GPC affirmed its full support and solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to resist all the violations practiced by the Zionist enemy against them and the legitimacy of its resistance until they achieve their full rights and establish an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds al-Sharif as its capital.
