SA'ADA, Jan. 25 (Saba) - The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, on Tuesday confirmed the completion of the recovery of the bodies of the victims of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression airstrikes on the temporary prison in Sa'ada province.
In a press conference held in Sa'ada, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel announced that the death toll of the prison massacre in Sa'ada city reached 91 dead, and 236 wounded who are hospitalized for treatment.
He stated that since the beginning of January and the recent wave of escalation, the Ministry of Health has recorded the killing of 150 citizens and the wounding of 350 others, who received treatment in hospitals.
For his part, Abdulmohsen Tawoos, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, said that the targeted prison was visited by various organizations, affirming that targeting prisons are forbidden by the texts of international law.
In turn, the Governor of Sa'ada province, Mohammed Jaber Awad, called for the formation of an international investigation committee and the trial of the killers and those who ordered this crime.
