SANAA, Nov. 27 (Saba) – Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Saturday sent cables of congratulations to Speaker of the Mauritanian National Assembly Sheikh Ould Bayeh and Albanian Parliament Speaker Lindita Nikolla.
In the cables, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Bayeh and Nikolla on the occasion of their countries' celebrations of the National Days.
