SANA'A, Nov. 11 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to President of the National Assembly of Angola Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to his Angolan counterpart on his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
