SANA'A, Oct. 23 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Zambia Stanley Kakubo.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed congratulations to Kakubo on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
