SANA'A, Oct. 08 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda Abubaker Jeje Odongo.
In the cable, Sharaf congratualted Odongo on the occasion of his country's celeberations on the National Day.
