SANA'A, Sep. 19 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Sunday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal Raghubir Mahaseth.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Mahaseth on his country's celebrations of the National Day.
