SANA'A, Sep. 16 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Thursday sent a congratulatory cable to President of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies Dulce María Sauri Riancho.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to his Mexican counterpart on the occasion of his country's celebrations on the National Day.
