SANA'A, Sep. 05 (Saba) - The armed forces have carried out a major military operation targeting vital installations and military bases inside the Saudi enemy territories, the army's official spokesman said on Sunday.
In the operation, called "the seventh deterrence balance", the armed forces targeted Aramco facilities in Ras al-Tanura area in Dammam province, eastern Saudi Arabia, with 8 Sammad-3-type drones and a ballistic missile of "Thu al-Fiqar" type, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie said in a statement.
The armed forces also hit Aramco facilities in the Saudi provinces of Jeddah, Jizan, and Najran with 5 ballistic missiles of "Badr" type and 2 Sammad-3 drones.
Sarie confirmed the operation has successfully achieved its targets, warning of the consequences of the continuing aggression against the country.
He stressed the right of the Yemeni people to carry out more military operations in defense of the homeland.
