SANA'A, Aug. 24 (Saba) – Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay Francisco Bustillo.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Bustillo on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
