SANA'A, July 31 (Saba) – Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i send sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to President of the National Council of the Swiss Confederation Ms. Marina Carobbio Guscetti.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Guscetti on the occasion of her country’s celebrations of the National Day.
