SANA'A, July 21 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf has sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Colombia Marta Lucía Ramírez on the occasion of her country's National Day.
Colombian Independence Day is annually celebrated on July 20, when the Colombian revolutionary leaders declared independence from the Spanish empire in 1810.
