SANA'A, June 13 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra’i sent on Sunday a congratulatory cable to Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i congratulated Volodin on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
