SANA'A, June 12 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra’i sent on Saturday a congratulatory cable to speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines Lord Allan Velasco.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i congratulated Velasco on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
