SANA'A, June 09 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Wednesday a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Portuguese Parliament Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Rodrigues on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
