SANA'A, June 09 (Saba) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Portugal Augusto Santos Silva.
In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Silva on the occasion of his country’s celebration of the National Day.
