SANA'A, May 15 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay Federico González Franco on the occasion of his country's National Day.
Paraguay celebrates its national day on May 14 that is the anniversary of the country’s official declaration of independence. On this day in 1811, Paraguay became the second independent nation in the Americas.
