SANA'A, Apr. 28 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Wednesday a congratulatory message to the National Assembly of the Republic of South Africa Ms. Thandi Modise.
Al-Ra'i congratulated his South African counterpart on the occasion of his country's National Day.
South Africa celebrated annually its National Day on 27th April.
