SANA'A, Apr. 20 (Saba) – Speaker of Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i on Tuesday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the National Assembly of Syria Hamouda Sabbagh.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i congratulated Sabbagh and the Syrian people on the Evacuation Day.
