SANA'A, Apr. 20 (Saba) – The President of the Supreme Political Council (SPC) issued on Monday the decree No. 22 of 2021 to amend the name of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and defining its terms of reference.
Article (1) of the decree stipulates the name of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation shall be amended to Ministry of Planning and Development. Article (2) includes the ministry's tasks and terms of reference.
Article (3) stipulates the Ministry's organizational regulations shall be issued by a presidential decree after getting an approval by the Cabinet.
The last article states that the decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and to be published in the official gazette.
