SANA'A, Mar. 01 (Saba) - Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCHA) Abdul Mohsen Tawoos has met with UNHCR Deputy Representative in Yemen Martin Manteaw.
During the meeting held on Sunday, Tawoos and Manteaw discussed aspects of cooperation and coordination between the Council and the UNHCR.
In the meeting, Tawoos stressed the importance of enhancing partnership to advance humanitarian work and provide services to the aggression-affected people and the displaced and the poorest groups.
Mr. Manteaw expressed the commitment of the Office of the High Commissioner to cooperate with the Council and make every effort to maintain joint coordination.
