SANA'A, Feb. 24 (Saba) - Foreign Affairs Minister Hisham Sharaf has sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia Eva-Maria Liimets on the occasion of her country's national day.
The Estonian Provisional Government decided on 12 February 1919 to consider 24 February to be the date of the declaration of independence. Estonia marks the anniversary of the Estonian Declaration of Independence in 1918.
