TAIZ, Jan. 28 (Saba) - The Public Health and Population Office in Taiz province opened on Thursday a health unit in al-Ta'aiziya district.
At the opening, the director of the province's health office, Dr. Abdul-Malik al-Mutawakel, explained that re-opening the health unit is an achievement to the office and aimes at developing the health sector in the province.
Al-Mutawakel said the health unit have been out of service since 2008 due to lack of supplies, adding that the office have provided the unit with all required medical equipment and medicines.
He urged the health staff to redouble efforts to provide health services and alleviate the suffering of citizens.
