SANA'A, Jan. 16 (Saba) - The Yemeni oil company (YOC) on Friday organized a protest in front of the United Nations (UN) office in the capital Sana'a under the slogan "Un envoy: he hears, sees and says nothing."

At the end of the protest, a representative the union committees of the YOC read a statement denouncing the continued detention of oil ships by the aggression coalition's countries, despite obtaining UN entry permits.

The statement indicated that the continuation of coalition's detention of oil ships is a clear violation of the provisions of the international convention on human rights.

It also read the UN envoy has a bias in favor of the aggression coalition considering him a partner in the siege and the killing of the Yemeni people.

The UN envoy's task is always trying to divert attention from the reality of what is happening on the ground, and cover up the crimes committed by the aggression on the civilians.

Finally, the statement called on the free people of the world to stand by the Yemeni people and put pressure on the UN to stop the unjust war on the country and to release all detained oil and food ships and to reopen the sea and air ports.
