SANA'A, Nov. 28 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Gramoz Roche, the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament.
In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Roche and the Albanian people on the occasion of the country's celebrations of the National Day.
