SANA'A, Nov. 23 (Saba) - The Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri.
In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Berri and the brotherly Lebanese people on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.
