SANA'A, Oct. 24 (Saba) - Speaker of Parliament, Yahya al-Ra'i, sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, Patrick Matibini.
In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Matibini and the Zambian government and people on the occasion of Zambia's National Day.
