Saudi shelling kills man in Sa'ada

PROVINCES, Oct. 6 (Saba) - A man was killed on Monday with a Saudi artillery shelling on the border areas of Sa'ada province, northern Yemen, a military official said on Tuesday.

The official added that the Saudi shelling targeted al-Raqo area in the border district of Munabbeh in the province, killing the man and injuring three others.

He added that the warplanes hit Haradh district in Hajjah province with an airstrike. They also targeted the districts of Khab Washaaf and al-Hazm in Jawf province with nine raids.

Moreover, the official said that the aggression forces committed 208 violations of Hodeida ceasefire agreement.

He pointed out that the aggression forces launched 10 airstrikes using drones on al-Durayhemi district and an airstrike on al-Salif area.

The aggression forces' fighters also hovered over al-Faza and Hays districts in Hodeida, the official said.

He added that the aggression forces also sent 25 spy planes into the airspace of al-Tuhaita, al-Jabalia, al-Duraihemi, al-Faza and Hays areas.

The official indicated that the aggression forces committed 33 violations with artillery shellings and 142 violations with various bullets.

He stated that the aggression forces also shelled villages of Maghari and al-Sha`ab in Hays district more than twenty times. 

Artillery shelling of the aggression forces also targeted citizens' houses in the besieged city of al-Durayhemi while spy warplanes launched six raids on the city itself, the official concluded.
