SANAA, Aug. 19 (Saba) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai , on the occasion of Afghanistan's Independence Day.
