HODEIDAH, Aug. 25 (Saba) - The specialized criminal court in Hodeidah province held its public session on Monday presided over by the chairman of the Court Judge Amin Zabara to pronounce the judgment in Case No. (24) for the year 1440 AH filed by the Specialized Criminal Prosecution and the Specialized Criminal Appeals Prosecution in Hodeidah province No. (12) for the year 2019 AD, plaintiffs of personal right of the heirs of the martyr President Saleh Ali al-Sammad and his companions, Amin Ahmed Hammoud Samnan, Amin Hussein Ali al-Rasha, Abdulbari Mohammed Ali Manna'a, Ali Abdulkhaleq Derhem, Saleh Yahya Ahmed Sheryan al-Hamdani and Abdelkarim Abdelwahab Mohammed Sharaf al-Din.
In the face of the defendants appearing before the court and the lawyers acting on behalf of the defendants who are fugitives from justice upon the presence of the Public Prosecution and Guardians of the victims' blood, the verdict was pronounced according to its reasons and justifications.
The purview of the sentence was issued condemning 16 defendants in the case of murder and intelligence, the 16 defendants were sentenced to death
The convicts are: Mohammed bin Salman al-Saud, Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, AbdRabbuh Mansour Hadi, Ali Mohsen Saleh al-Ahmar, Ahmed Obaid bin Dagher, Mohammed Ali al-Maqdashi, Tariq Mohammed Abdullah Saleh, Ali Ali Ibrahim al-Qawzi, Abdulmalik Ahmed Mehammed Hamid, Mohammed Khaled Ali Heiyj, Mohammed Ibrahim Ali al-Qawzi, Mohammed Yahya Mohammed Noah, Ibrahim Mohammed Abdullah al-Aqel, Mohammed Mohammed Ali al-Mashkhari, Abdulaziz Ali Muhammad al-Aswad, Moath Abdulrahman Abdullah Abbas.
