SANAA, Aug. 1 (Saba) - Speaker of the House of Representatives Yahya Ali al-Ra'i on Saturday sent a congratulatory message to President of the National Council of Switzerland Isabel Moret on the occasion of the celebrations of the friendly Swiss people on the anniversary of the Union.
