SANAA, July 27 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra'i on Monday sent a congratulatory cable to Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Islamic Shura Council in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
