SANAA, July. 16 (Saba) - The Humanitarian Affairs Administration and Coordination Supreme Council and International Cooperation condemned on Wednesday the massacre committed by the Saudi-led aggression warplane in al-Masifa area east of al-Hazm district in al-Jawf province, killing and injuring 31 citizens, mostly women and children.
In a statement received by Saba, the Council confirmed that the raids of aggression have become a continuous approach by states of aggression against innocent civilians, in clear disregard of all international and humanitarian laws and conventions that criminalize the targeting of civilians and guarantee them the right to protection.
The statement pointed out that the deliberate targeting of civilians in their places of gatherings and homes, amounts to the most serious crimes, war crimes and crimes against humanity, considering that the removal of the name of the Coalition of Aggression from the blacklist of child killers encouraged him to continue to commit crimes against civilians.
The Council reiterated its call for UN bodies and organizations to play their part in lobbying for an end to the aggression and the lifting of the unjust blockade that exacerbates the suffering of civilians in Yemen.
