National Women's Committee: the aggression's massacre on a civilian's house in Hajjah is a war crime will not fall by the statute of limitations
[14/ July/2020]

SANAA, July 14, (Saba) - The National Women's Committee on Tuesday condemned in the strongest terms the crime committed by the US-Saudi aggression Coalition's aircraft on a house of a citizen in Washha district in Hajjah province, killing and injuring women and children.

The committee considered in a statement, Saba obtained a copy of it, that this crime is a stain on the forehead of humanity and it also represents contempt for all international agreements.

The statement stressed that this brutal massacre is a war crime that will not lapse by the statute of limitations, blaming the United Nations and its agencies for the responsibility of their silence, and condoning this crime and other crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition aggression against Yemeni civilians for more than five years.

The statement called on the international community and local and international human rights and humanitarian organizations to monitor and document the crimes to which Yemenis are subjected to them in order to ensure that the perpetrators are held accountable.
