Human Rights condemns criminal practices of USAID in Yemen
[08/ July/2020]

SANAA, July 8 (Saba) - The Ministry of Human Rights has strongly condemned the criminal practices of the so-called USAID and its hostile roles under humanitarian cover in Yemen.

In a statement, Saba got a copy of it, the Ministry considered the practices adopted by America and its inhumane agencies, misleading the world's peoples, that it is working to protect the rights and freedoms and provide humanitarian assistance to the victims, but it is originally far away from slogans proclaimed and fully involved in helping the terrorist forces and criminals in Yemen and financing and supporting armed groups to commit the most heinous crimes and violations against the Yemeni people.

"The Ministry of Human Rights followed up on the news conference of spokesman the Armed Forces who revealed the suspicious role of the USAID in the aggression against Yemen which working in double contradictory methods and its true hidden face is to support and finance the armed groups and organizations in various provinces as well as supply them with all types of weapons, ammunition, and bombs that are used to kill the Yemeni people, children, women, old people, and youth.

The statement pointed out that what has been exposed of criminal acts of the US agency that falsely claims that it works in the field of development and helps victims of wars and aggression with humanitarian aid, its false truth shows that it works neither for Humanity nor for Development, but rather helps to kill and support terrorist groups and organizations.

The Ministry of Human Rights confirmed that it is again putting these criminal acts of the US agency affiliated with the US State Department and the States of the aggression coalition before the United Nations and its Secretary-General and its envoy for Yemen and the Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and also before humanitarian organizations to carry out their responsibilities, and reject the practices and condemnation of the US agency and take legal deterrent measures against it.

The Ministry of Human Rights called on the concerned authorities to tighten control over the work of humanitarian organizations in Yemen in order to ensure security and stability and protect civilians.
