SANAA, June. 28 (Saba) - Un envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths and his team are responsible for the failure to implement the Oman Agreement on Prisoners, said Abdul Qadir al-Murtadha, chairman of the National Committee for Prisoners' Affairs.
Al-Murtadha explained in a statement issued on Saturday, that the failure to implement the agreement as a result of the poor performance of the envoy and his team and their tolerance and silence on the actions of the forces of aggression obstructing the implementation of all the agreements concluded.
"We have been ready for more than two months to implement what has been agreed upon and we have accepted all the solutions and proposals that have been made, but unfortunately the mercenaries of aggression insisted on rejecting it and obstructing it, and the United Nations has not done anything," he said.
