SANAA, June (Saba) - The Ministry of Electricity and Energy in Sanaa on Saturday announced that the price of one kilowatt of government electricity will be reduced to 170 riyals and for large investors to 160 riyals.
The decision comes in light of the ministry's strategic and continuous policy to provide electrical current service with reduced fees that take into account the conditions of citizens, a source in the Ministry's operation room told Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
He pointed out that the field electric teams continue to survey and introduce new areas in the capital Sanaa to the government electric service as part of a plan that the Ministry started in the holy month of Ramadan, with the aim of restoring the electricity supply to the capital in a complete, safe, stable and regular manner.
