SANAA, May 3 (Saba) - The Supreme Committee for Care of Prisoners discussed on Sunday the precautionary measures to protect prisoners from the Corona virus (COVID-19).
At the meeting, held by the chairman of the Supreme Court, Issam al-Samawi who was briefed on the Attorney General, Nabil al-Ezzani's report on the results of the of the field committees to conduct inspection and evaluation work in central and reserve prisons, in accordance with the directives of the president Mahdi al-Mashat in taking precautionary measures to prevent corona virus.
The meeting listened to a report of the Health Minister Taha Al-Mutawakil, on the precautionary measures done by the ministry in prisons, including the safety of the prisoners and their workers.
