IBB, April. 15 (Saba) -The chief prosecutor of the Ibb Province Appeals Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mhafari and members of the Joint Security Judicial Committee in charge of the field landing in the province, was briefed on Tuesday on the cases of prisoners in Ibb remand prison.
During the visit, the cases of prisoners and those who could be released were examined as part of precautionary measures to deal with the Corona epidemic, and the chief prosecutor issued the release of 27 prisoners under investigation.
The chief prosecutor and the members of the committee, together with the deputy prosecutors of the province, carried out a field investigation of the Criminal Investigation Department in Ibb and were directed to release three of the detainees and refer the remaining to the public prosecutor.
Judge Al-Muhaqri pointed out that the disembarkation process comes on the instructions of the president of the Supreme Political Council, the Supreme Judicial Council and the Attorney General.
