SANAA, March 30 (Saba) - The head of the National Committee for Prisoners' Affairs, Abdul Qadir al-Mortada, has said that four prisoners of the army and the popular forces were liberated in an exchange in West Coast front.
Al-Mortada affirmed in a statement that the deal was achieved through a tribal mediation with the Saudi-led aggression coalition mercenaries.
